Dan N. Harroch is a Senior Vice President at Thor Retail Advisors. Mr. Harroch specializes in strategic real estate solutions for global retailers. His expertise includes providing individually developed leasing campaigns, from site selection and lease negotiation to dispositions, delivering optimal solutions for his clients. He implements complex, multi-city retail plans in a variety of asset classes including luxury and high street storefronts, showrooms, malls and outlet centers.
Mr. Harroch has worked closely with numerous retailers in their expansion across New York City, throughout the United States and internationally. His clients include LVMH, Kering, Levi’s, All Saints, Gant, Theory, Inditex Group, Schutz, Caché, Track & Field, Tincati Milano, Benetton, Richard Mille, Philipp Plein, Aurelie Bidermann, Balmain, Sushishop, IRO, Isabel Marant, A. Testoni, Laduree, Macklowe Gallery, Kanye West, Frey Wille, Paule Ka, Opera Gallery, Orianne Collins, PHILLIPS, La Martina, Serafina, Soulcycle and Citibank.
He has also represented many institutional landlords including The Carlyle Group, Macklowe Properties, Acadia Realty Trust, Highgate Holdings, Lehman Brothers, Empire Capital, UBA Equities, Mercer Sunshine, Venture Capital Properties and Gould Investors.
Prior to joining Thor Retail Advisors, Mr. Harroch was a Managing Director with PBS Real Estate. He is a native of Monaco and has lived in Paris, Tokyo and China, giving him a sophisticated knowledge of global business centers as well as high-level connections in the international fashion and retail industries.
Mr. Harroch is a graduate of UPMC and ISG Paris with Masters in Business and Mathematics. He is fluent in both English and French, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York. He has recently been consulting with Harvard Business School to develop business cases on retail development for luxury tenants and commercial real estate.
